OEL Ju Jitsu Clubs held this year's first Weapons and Open hand Kata Course at Loughton Leisure Centre on Sunday 1st April 2007.

We had just under 20 Adults and Juniors in attendance; everyone was taught Weapons Katas such as: Nun Chuka, Kama & Tonfa; and also Open handed Katas such as The new updated Blocking Kata & Novice Kata.

All OEL students can attend these days but remember that numbers are limited. Sensei Lee Bywater & Tony Park would like to thank everyone who attended - especially Sensei Jamie Taylor for his help in teaching.
